WWE has now filed for a food-related trademark, putting in an application with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
On April 9, 2025, WWE submitted a trademark application for the term ‘SNACKDOWN’.
The application was filed with the United States Patent And Trademark Office under serial number 99129616.
Under the ‘Goods and Services’ category, the application reads:
Candy bars; Frozen foods, namely, grain and bread based appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, and canapés; Processed popcorn; Processed cereals; Cones for ice cream; Candy; Bakery goods and dessert items, namely, cakes, cookies, pastries, candies, and frozen confections for retail and wholesale distribution and consumption on or off the premises;

WWE notably has a food bar in its Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut named SnackDown which opened in 2023.
The term SnackDown has also been featured in material related to the new partnership between WWE and Drumstick, the sundae cone brand.
